Problemi z-index in posizionamento logo sopra barra

Come potrete vedere dalla barra in alto, al centro ho posizionato un piccolo loghetto che pero' mi appare sotto alla barra utente. Come posso fare per sistemare l'errore?

Ciao, sarebbe utile vedere anche la parte html a cui è associato quel css. Prova a postarne il codice così da poter riprodurre il problema, oppure un link alla pagina in questione.
