Installazione Roundcube

Rieccomi con altro problema e altro dubbio se sto postando nella sezione corretta, ma non ho trovato altro di più specifico... caso mai lo sposterete per cortesia, grazie.

Allora, ho installato su server Roundcube per gestire la posta di Aruba, ma inserendo correttamente IMAP e SMTP di Aruba, Roundcube non ne vuol sapere di accedere, mi dice Impossibile accedere al server!!!!!!!

Ho provato configurazioni diverse come da istruzioni (anteporre ssl:// al smtps.aruba.it) ma niente...

Avete qualche idea di come possa risolvere?
Ho aperto ticket su Aruba ma dubito molto che mi risolvano qualcosa... di seguito la configurazione nel config:
