Pagina di Ringraziamento

Buongiorno, sono un neofita per cui vi chiedo di pazientare.
Ho un CRM fatto con vtiger 7.4 opensource, ho creato un webform che funziona perfettamente, cioè i leads provenienti dal sito vanno dritti nel CRM, il problema è che non sono riuscito a indirizzare alla pagina di ringraziamento gli utenti che compliano il form. Se può essere utile dico che crm e sito stanno su server e hosting diversi.
Spero di essermi spiegato e spero qualcuno mi indichi il codice da mettere e dove metterlo, grazie.
