Problemi rallentamento computer e acrobat

Ho il computer che ultimamanete mi da qualche problema, è lento e appaiono delle finestre che mi chiedono di scaricare qualcosa per acrobat. Inoltre devo stampare un file in pdf e a video va tutto bene, ma quello esce dalla stampa sono dei simboli e non il testo esatto

é apparsa ora anche una nuova finestra che mi dice: Memoria virtuale del computer insufficiente....ed infine c'è un "OK" da premere. io l'ho chiusa

Nessuno mi dice niente, significa che non ho virus?


...ho disinstallato avg installato avast ..per ora non mi si è aperta nessuna finestra strana...che fosse avg a darmi dei problemi ? ho notato che nel Logfile of HijackThis
c'erano una marei di processi aperti di avg
