Portante e ping a picco....why....?

Salve a tutti,oggi,controllando i valori di linea ho notato un drastico calo nel valore di downstream e pingando verso i soliti server di riferimento ho notato che il valore è salito rispetto a poco tempo fà da 30ms a 50/55ms....siccome non sono molto ferrato in materia....vorrei che qualcuno mi aiutasse a capirci qualcosa di più ed eventualmente darmi qualche consiglio....

E' diverso l'allineamento della portante: dai 6 Mega iniziali adesso allinei intorno ai 2, e si sono invertiti i valori di SNR.

I motivi potrebbero essere molteplici.
