in quella directory ho due files rvupdmgr.exe e simgr.exe che non so cosa siano!
visto che la cartella prende il nome di files condivisi/comuni non vorrei che fosse l'ennesimo spyware!
sapete a cosa serve?

...credo i tuoi sospetti siano fondati..se scrivi quelle applicazioni sui motori di ricerca escono siti su spyware ed altre porcherie.
Fa una pulizia con ad aware o pest patrol ( quest'ultimo è uno dei siti che vien fuori mettendo quelle chiavi nel motore di ricerca )

La pulizia gia l'ho fatta con Ad-aware ma non mi ha segnalato quei 2 files!
ecco perchè non so cosa fare!
c'è qualcuno che ha avuto questo stesso problema?

voilà ce que j'ai trouvé :
Manual removal
Please follow the instructions below if you would like to remove KeenValue.updmgr manually. Please notice that you must follow the instructions very carefully and delete everything that is mentioned. In most cases the removal will fail if one single item is not deleted. If KeenValue.updmgr remains on your system after stepping through the removal instructions, please double-check by stepping through them again.
Start the registry editor. This is done by clicking Start then Run. (The Run dialog will appear.) Type regedit and click OK. (The registry editor will open.)
Browse to the key:
'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run'
In the right pane, delete the value called 'updmgr', if it exists.
Exit the registry editor.
Restart your computer.
Start Windows Explorer and delete:
%ProgramsDir%\Common Files\updmgr\
Note: %ProgramsDir% is a variable (?). By default, this is C:\Program Files.

Ti ringrazio lo stesso ma il problema l'ho risolto semplicemente disinstallando Kazaa (che mette un sacco di spyware sul pc).
Quella cartella con relativi files si installa automaticamente con il programma e se la rimuovi Kazaa non funziona più, perchè nella versione free se non vuoi la pubblicità non funziona!
ho risolto anche questo inconveniente installando Kazaa Lite che è senza pubblicità!
lo dico per quelli che hanno problemi di privacy come questo!
