FTP: problema con FileZilla

ciao, io mi sn iscritto al sito www.myjavaserver.com e ho necessita di mettere dei file tramite ftp. ho provato ad usare filezilla 2.2.7c.

inserisco i dati nel modo penso esatto:
address: ftp.mycgiserver.com
user: ....
pass: ....
port: 21

poi clicco su connect e appare questo

Status: Connecting to ftp.mycgiserver.com ...
Status: Connected with ftp.mycgiserver.com. Waiting for welcome message...

...

Response: 230 User fedetallo logged in.

quando appare la scritta "Command: LIST" ci rimane un attimo e poi appare il testo seguente... che posso fare?

controlla se non hai inserito involontariamente uno spazio con la barra spaziatrice all'inizio o alla fine dei dati

no, nn c'è nessuno spazio!
