problemi con masterizzatore

In ufficio c'è un computer dotato di masterizzatore combo, da qualche giorno non si riesce a masterizzare e non so se è un problema di nero o della periferica. Quando scrive si ferma e dice che il nome joliet esiste già, o più o meno una cosa del genere, che posso fare? Non so dirvi di più io,

Dovresti riportare l'esatto errore e il modello di masterizzatore che usi per intero per poter tentare di cercare qualcosa e aiutarti
