Errore CSS: in IE funziona, in altri no

dopo tanti studi ( grazie a voi ) sull' argomento, questo è quello ke ho fatto ( validato da w3c )

mi sapreste dire xke se lo vedo con un browser diverso mi si sfalsano i testi....?
