Ci ho provato, ho letto, documentato, ma non riesco a far funzionare il mio SCANNER CANON LIDE 60 su Suse 10.0.
Ho installato le librerie sane e xsane.
Da comando "sane-find-scanner" lo vedo:
found USB scanner (vendor=0x04a9 [Canon], product=0x221c [CanoScan], chip=GL841) at libusb:004:006
Se però do il comando "scanimage -L" non lo vedo:
No scanners were identified. If you were expecting something different,
check that the scanner is plugged in, turned on and detected by the
sane-find-scanner tool (if appropriate). Please read the documentation
which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages).
Lancio comunque "xsane" ma niente, non ne vuole sapere di partire.
Dopo la prima schermata di avviso sulla licenza, mi risponde che non è disponibile alcun dispositivo.
Ci rinuncio?
