Invio file con Skype

Utilizzo Skype per il trasferimento dei miei file ad altri contatti ma putroppo la velocità non mi soddiisfa per niente!
(es: ci vuole 1 ora per l'invio di 40 mb)
Facendo una media della velocità posso dire che volo sui 10 kb/s e non ho altri programmi che utilizzano la banda!
La mia domanda è: possibilmente riesco a alzare il valore in up?

ps: il limite del mio contratto è 32 kb/s

Why is my File Transfer so slow?
There are several possible reasons why your file transfer speed is slow. Relayed transfers (see next question) usually have a slower speed than direct connections. The speed can also be dependent on the bandwidth available (up/down) to the sender/recipient of the file. If either party is using other applications which take up bandwidth, this will also slow the transfer. Lastly, if you are engaged in a Skype call, Skype will prioritize the voice traffic over the File Transfer traffic so that your conversation is not disrupted . The file transfer speed will improve when you end your Skype call. If you are running other programs which use your bandwidth, such as email, web browser, etc. these will affect transfer speed as well.

con skype la banda non è costante, mi è capitato di scaricare con punte di 40KB/s per poi rallentare fino a 600B/s... dipende da quanti utenti sono connessi!
