Hai sbagliato ad indicare il percorso del database.
Facci vedere come hai fatto la connessione al db così possiamo aiutarti meglio.

mi è successo l'altro giorno che mi desse in continuazione quell'errore fino a che non ho ripristinato i permessi delle directory....
