Windows 2000 non rileva cd-rom

Salve, da un paio di giorni,
su un computer con windows 2000 non vengono rilevati i lettori cd-rom e cd-rw tra le unità presenti in risorse del computer.
In gestione periferiche invece esse compaio ma con un punto esclamativo che avverte di un errore di conflitto n. 31.

Premetto che nei giorni scorsi sullo stesso computer si è dovuto procedere all'eliminazione di instant access e che fisicamente funzionano sia le porte ide della scheda madre, che i cavi flat, che i lettori stessi.

Credo quindi sia un errore causato da qualche malware.

mmh. si possono tentare altre strade ma la mia impressione è che si tratti piuttosto di un problema con i software di controllo delle periferiche. soprattutto è strano l'avviso che descrivi:

difficile che l'antivirus non rilevi nulla e nella gestione periferiche ci sia un esplicito riferimento ad un conflitto più che ad un problema di sicurezza.

e posta il log.

Salve,
allora ho appurato che non si tratta di problema di virus ma di conflitti..

Ho allora provveduto a disinstallare fisicamente i cd-rom e ripulire il registro da tutti i riferimenti ai cd/dvd-rom.
Ma una volta riattaccati, nuovamente il sistema non li rileva.
