    Problemi Con Adsl Alice

    Ciao a tutti , da qualche giorno ho dei gorssi problemi con l'adsl di alice sul pc di casa.Mi sembra che ogni tot minuti l'adsl si disconnetta per poi riconnetersi e la navigazione diventa molto difficile.
    Non riesco a capire se si tratta di un problema di linea , di modem o di scheda di rete.
    Utilizzo un modem ethernet della Dlink connesso al pc tramite cavo di rete.
    Vi posso postare il log del modem, da cui mi sembra di capire che la linea cada periodicamente.
    Il problema si verifica sia sotto Xp che sotto Linux.
    Ovviamente la telecom dice che la linea per loro è a posto

    prova a controllare le impostazioni del router e i parametri di connessione del Pc e se ancora fa così è un problema di Telecom: rompili fino a che non ti mandano fuori un tecnico a controllare il tutto.

    Le connessioni mi sembrano a posto, ho contattato telecom di nuovo e questa volta mi hanno detto che c'è un problema nella mia zona e che ci vorrà qualche giorno.Mi ha detto anche che posso chiedere un risarcimento.
    Ad aspettar le stelle si fa notte.

    prova a sentire comunque qualche persona della zona che ha Alice e fatti dire se ha riscontrato anche lei questo problema e per il risarcimento se loro sono disposti a dartelo meglio
    Tienimi informato sulla faccenda

    ti do un consiglio... cambia prima possibile..
    ho lo stesso problema da 2 mesi e continuano a tirarla lunga...
    proprio oggi firmo per un altro provider...
    alice = ZERO ASSISTENZA
    odio chi parla di politica..
    anzi vorrei fondare un partito contro tutto ciò
