Immagine per una link/stringa php...

Salve, ho scaricato ed installato PaFileDB per creare un'area download nel sito, solo che quando faccio l'opzione di visualizzare un file per poterlo scaricare lo screenshots non è visibile, mi dà solo il link. Su un altro sito che utilizza paFileDB hanno lo screenshot ben visibile, ho provato a mettere il codice html <img src"nome stringa"> </img> ma mi dà errore. Vi posto il contenuto del file file.php:
