Salve a tutti!

Ho bisogno di un piccolissimo aiuto. Non sono ferrato un java come lo sono in Php; fornisco dunque il seguente codice:

Sostanzialmente, questo codice serve ad implementare una pagina html in cui sono presenti varie tumbmail di video, cliccandoci su apre un box (centrato) in cui parte il video.

Vorrei sapere se è possibile lasciare che il box si apra rimanendo dove è posizionata la tumb. E' possibile? Come?
