Errore di sintassi mysql

Ciao ragazzi,ricevo questo errore
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ';

In pratica nella variabile che passo alla pagine che elabora lo script ci sta la parola "c'è" che causa questo errore come osso risolvere??
