Inserimento parametro di verificare prima di salvare

ciao a tutti,
vorrei modificare un file php. mi spiego meglio.
Vorrei modificare questa riga:

In modo che nel momento in cui l'articolo viene salvato, non solo il codice controlli che ci sia un Titolo e sia stata selezionata una Categoria, ma anche che sia stato inserito un tag:

Senza offese, ma chiedi al forum di fare nuno script che te non sai, dimodoché poi lo vendi con la tua agenzia?

Prima di postare risposte inutili è bene pensare a quello che si scrive. Stiamo parlando di un componente open source, per cui nn vendibile commercialmente. Nom chiedo al forum di fare uno script per poi venderlo. Non mi permetterei mai di fare una cosa del genere!! Utilizzo questo forum da anni ormai e ne rispetto i principi..
