Visualizzare link dopo codifica

Buon giorno mi scuso per il titolo.
Attraverso una insert(sql) inserisco un testo dove all'interno ho un riferimento ad un link in questo modo:

$testo = "per la formazione rivolgersi a <a href='?p=formazioni' >formazioni</a>"; 

questa pozione

<a href='?p=formazioni' >formazioni</a>

Come faccio a visualizzare nella pagina il link "formazioni"?
