Connesisone e Insert in DB Access

Salve, chiedo scusa ma non ho mai programmato in php.
Dovrei leggere questo file xml ed inserire nel db access.
Il primo dubbio:
posso usare la stessa connessione che uso in altre pagine asp?

Non credo tu possa mixare asp e php nella stessa pagina...ed è la prima volta che vedo qualcuno che ci prova
Quindi o usi solo asp o solo php.
Visto che usi un db in access, fai tutto con asp.

Con php, potresti usare PDO ed il driver odbc (che però devi far caricare,se non lo è già, da php.ini)
