Strana email ricevuta

Salve, non so se questa è la sezione giusta per chiedere aiuto per questa cosa, ma mi sembra la più idonea... nel caso spostate.

Io ho creato un sito, ormai 11 mesi fa. Oggi mi arriva questa strana email:

Now we are handling this registration, and after our initial checking, we found the name were similar to your company's, so we need to check with you whether your company has authorized that company to register these names. If you authorized this, we would finish the registration at once. If you did not authorize, please let us know within 7 workdays, so that we could handle this issue better. al posto di **nomesito** c'è il nome del mio sito. Ora: thunderbird mi segnala questa email come spam, e io sebbene abbia aperto questo sito non ho registrato loghi o chissà cosa, ho solo registrato il dominio a mio nome. secondo voi è un'email di spam o un'email seria? PErché mi hanno contattato sull'email del sito, e non sull'email con cui ho registrato il dominio? Cosa devo fare, mi vogliono togliere il dominio? Io non l'ho registrato in cina!
