Ho installato 5 secondi fa' l'ultimissima versione di xampp su Windows 8.1 però non riesco a far funzionare Apache in nessun modo e non ottengo messaggi di arrore. MySQL invece funziona alla perfezione. In pratica quando premo su Start esce fuori la finestrella di Windows che mi ricorda se sono certo di voler avviare XAMPP, premo su si ma poi Apache non parte. Il risultato è il seguente:
