finestra di debug di windows all'avvio di programmi

Salve ho un'win xp che l'avvio di alcuni programmi non riesce e mi viene fuori sempre la finestra di debug di windows "Si è verificato un errore in'' l'applicazione verrà chiusa".Questa finestra nn dovrebbe venire fuori perchè l'ho disabilitata sulle opzioni di internet.Non funzionava neanche il paint di windows ho fatto delle scansioni ho eliminato 2 virus e ora il paint mi funziona ma non gli altri 3 programmi di cui l'installazione di adobe flash player che viene fuori la stessa finestra.Il pc sembra pulito preciso però che alcuni antivirus non funzionano per esempio "malwarebytes" aggiornato su xp non và e combofix l'hò terminato perchè ci metteva un'eternità.

ecco le mie domande:

1)Il debug di windows si può disabilitare su una chiave di registro per vedere se si risolve?

2)Che scansioni posso fare ancora?
