Aiuto per Pulsnate Scroll to top

Buongiorno,
avrei bisogno di un aiuto dagli esperti, utilizzo il seguente codice per scrollare sù la pagina, però anche quando ancora non è visibile l'icona "freccia su", nell'angolo in basso a dx dove apparirà, il cursore diventa attivo (manina per cliccare) e compare la descrizione "torna su".
E' possibile modificare il codice affinchè quando l'cona non è visibile il cursore del mouse non si attivi?
