Installazione fallita photoshop

Ho provato ad installare photoshop sul mio windows 7 e l'operazione non riesce.
Si tratta della versione cs6,io avevo già la cs3 e pensando che andasse in conflitto l'ho disinstallata,ma non era quello il problema.
Alla fine dell'installazione mi da il seguente messaggio di errore:

Grazie,ma non riesco a risolvere. In particolare le opzioni 4 e 5 non riesco a capire come fare.
Non trovo windows installer nel percorso indicato e non mi riesce di scaricare adobe air(non so perchè).

Secondo te se formatto il pc va tutto a posto? Immagino di si...

Chiedi all'assistenza Adobe, fai prima, ammesso che tu abbia una copia originale, in caso contrario sarebbe anche il caso di non continuare qui.

Prima di uccidere il malato e farlo risuscitare, prova a installare il prodotto su una macchina virtuale e vedi se ti da gli stessi problemi oppure no.
