calcolo del jitter rms

Buonasera, per ricavare rms jitter prima mi ricavo le seguenti:

JitterPicco−Picco =α*JitterRMS

dove α è tabellata (numero)

JitterRMS = JitterPicco − Picco/ α

andando avanti controllo che

sembra che sia in funzione del BER l'RMS, come posso calcolare Jitter Rms?
