salve a tutti ho un css così fatto:

table.testo { font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px;
width:95 %; height:28px;
padding: 3px;
border-style: dashed; border-width: 1;
background:#E4EAF2;

}

non mi applica il padding perchè ???
