ciao a tutti!

come ho detto in predenza ho installato smoothwall come firewall nella mia rete, ora mi trovo nei file di logs questo:

spp_portscan: PORTSCAN DETECTED from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (THRESHOLD 4 connections exceeded in 3 seconds)

poi

spp_portscan: portscan status from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: 6 connections across 1 hosts: TCP(6), UDP(0)

poi

spp_portscan: End of portscan from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: TOTAL time(9s) hosts(1) TCP(11) UDP(0)

secondo voi posso stare tranquillo visto che il firewall ha rilevato (bloccato) questi tentativi??

forse ho trovato qualcosina... se non ho capito male sono solo scansioni alla ricerca di porte aperte... che non hanno trovato almeno credo :master:

esatto...se il firewall ha fatto il suo dovere, come sembra dai log, non c'è da preoccuparsi
