problema phpnuke

ciao ragazzi ho un problema con phpnuke,
se carico i file di php nuke in una directory del sito es: www.miosito.it/nuke/ il phpnke funziona nel caso li caricassi nella directory principale ..... niente. .. da fare ?!?
come mai!?!?
