Problemi webspace Alice tramite FTP

Con FlashFXP 3.2.0 non è possibile accedere il webspace di Alice. Mi da sempre un 'List error':

Ma è normale?

confrontandoli io entro nella 21, tu nella 40689, poi mi pare ke entri in ANONIMOUS e con un socks...
