Dovresti vedere cosa dice l'Eula durante la fase di installazione, in linea di massima dovrebbe essere consentito

Il contratto dice che la Versione di prova ha lo scolo scopo di far decidere all'utente se acquistare o meno il prodotto. Non parla di uso commerciale. Non lo nega, ma neanche lo permette.
Dovrebbe essere consentito, tu stai valutando il sw per la tua azienda, quindi non dovresti avere problemi.
