[VB6] Classe per fare una telefonata

Io avrei, gentilemnte, bisogno di qualcuno che mi possia aiutare a fare una cosa del genere in VB6:
ho un textbox dove andrò a scrivere un numero telefonico e cliccando su un pulsante vorrei e componesse il telefono e mi permettesse quiandi i dafare una telefonata.
Esiste qualcosa del genere?
