Salve a tutti

Per curiosità, sono andato a validare un sito che sto progettando.
Usando Encoding: iso-8859-1,Doctype:XHTML 1.0 Transitional

Tutto ok tranne che per 5 errori. Tutti dello stesso tipo.

Ho dei link di questo tipo:
codice:
index.php?red=index&li=4
Gli errori che mi dà il validator sono:
1. general entity "red" not defined and no default entity
-> la r sottolineata nel codice
2. reference to entity "red" for which no system identifier could be generated
-> l'= sottolineato nel codice
3. general entity "li" not defined and no default entity
-> la l sottolineata nel codice
4. reference to entity "li" for which no system identifier could be generated
-> l'= sottolineato nel codice

Cioé lui non capisce che sono link con querystring? Come posso fare per evitare l'errore?
