Ho bisogno del vostro aiuto
spero di non essere troppo prolisso, ma ho cercato di darvi tutte le informazioni.
non riesco a fare la connessione a internet con la distro Kubuntu 7.04, ho fatto delle ricerche con google, ma mi sono perso tra tutti questi parametri.
ho avuto un problema con la scheda madre, che ho dovuto sostituire, (adesso ho una asus M2N-SLI deluxe) con processore amd,
Ho un modem ethernet avuto in comodato dalla telecom (d-link dsl-302t) l'indirizzo è 192.168.1.2
Mi connetto con alice flat (tin.it)
Prima di dover sostituire la scheda madre usavo kubuntu 6.06 e mi collegavo senza problemi a internet
Adesso volevo installare kubuntu 7.04, ma non riesco a connettermi a internet.
Ho provato altre distro come (dreamlinux che uso adesso) e altre, con cui non ho avuto nessun problema, ho dovuto solo eseguire pppoeconf dalla connessione guidata, senza far altro, per cui devo dedurre che tutto funziona.
Questi sono dei parametri della connessione con dreamlinux che uso adesso con cui la connessione funziona:

Adesso vi descrivo i problemi con la kubuntu:
Inserisco il cd della distro in modalità live, lancio
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo pppoeconf

Per quel poco che ci capisco, ho notato che il comando ping con l'indirizzo ip funziona, e quindi potrebbe essere un problema di risoluzione dei nomi degli host o un problema di routing, nel file /etc/resolv.conf dovrebbero essere visualizzati gli ip del provider che dovrei ottenere con plog, ma non riesco a confrontarli perchè plog non li visualizza!
