Problemi con antivirus-spyware ed explorer

Salve a tutti,
ho dei problemi con il mio pc che mi stanno facendo preoccupare.
E' accaduto che il programma di antivirus, symantec, e il mio spyware, spybot, si siano improvvisamente cancellati e nn solo..... nn mi riesce possibile nè reistallarli nè poter utilizzare altri tipi di antivirus. Leggendo alcune discussione ho identificato(credo) il problema. Facendo un'analisi con nanoscan è risultato che sul pc ci fosse:

Per poterlo cancellare ho provato ad utilizzare avenger il quale mi dice che

Aggiungo inoltre, per avere un quadro piu completo della situazione, che il centro sicurezza pc windows xp risulta essere nn dosponibile, poichè nn è stato avviato o è stato arrestato.

Dall'analisi di nanoscan ora la situazione sembra cambiata:
non solo il file C:\WINDOWS\SISTEM32\DRIVERS\HIDR.EXE
sembra che ora ci sia anche
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\...86\3\DLCFTIME.DLL e sembra essere un virus alquanto pericoloso
type PUP status LATENT
