far girare dll 2005 in vs 2003

mi trovo in visual studio 2003, e devo utilizzare una libreria creata in visual studio 2005.

è possibile farlo?

mi dice:

Ricompilarla in VS03, cattiva idea ?

provato, ovviamente ci sono costrutti che nel 2003 non ci sono...e sono troppi!!!
