registry access denied (vista)

Egregi,
sto trascorrendo la domenica pomeriggio a cercare di rimuovere il fastidioso msg "registry access denied" che esce quando cerco di eliminare un file cliccando il taso destro del mouse.

Ho fatto una ricerca sulla rete ed ho trovato un argomento sulla virtualizzazione e non ho capito una cippa.

Poi sto utilizzando tutti i software della rete per vedere se c'è qualche virus, worm o zecca.

Qualcuno più dotato di me in senso softweristico, e non ci vuole molto per esserlo, potrebbe darmi qualche diritta? Mi accontento anche di un rovescio, basta che tolgo 'sto msg che mi esaurisce.

scarica questo programma e mettilo nella directory C dove avrai preparato una cartella con il suo nome.
Lanci l'eseguibile e clicchi su " do a system scan and save a log" alla fine salvi questo file con estensione *.TXT e lo alleghi ad un post sul forum.

grazie menatwork, ho fatto quanto mi hai consigliato, però quando lancio la scansione mi esce questo msg:

"For some reason your system denied write access to the hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, hijack this may NOT be able to fix this:
If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself: To do this, click start, run and type:

Notepad C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

And press enter. Find the line(s) hijackthis reports and delete them.
Save the file as “hosts”(with quotes), and reboot.

For vista: simply, exit Hijackthis, right click on the hijackthis icon, choose “run as administrator”
