Ruotare e visualizzare immagine jpg

sto provando integrando questo codice nella pagina web ma non si apre la pagina... mi fa vedere solo un iconcina di errore img

il codice sembra corretto, prova inserendo queste righe di codice:

ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', 1); 

ti restituisce qualche errore o warning?
