problemi con office outlook 2007, cosa fixo con Hijack?

Ciao,
outlook non apre i messaggi né ne invia di nuovi bloccando il pc mentre invece scarica la posta.
Ho trovato trojan e malware e ho fatto una scansione con Hijack ma non so cosa fixare, qualcuno può aiutarmi? Grazie.
