sto facendo un sito he ragruppa strutture ricettive...

in ogni post sto mettendo una struttura e vorrei usare i Custom Field per mettere delle informazioni tipo :
web : http://www.dfkfdjgdfgj.it
tel : dfsdfsdf

come faccio a rendere cliccabile il campo "web" e a sapere quante volte ci cliccano??

si puo fare? o posso usare un'altra strategia?
