.htaccess ambiguità delle pagine

Salve a tutti,
sto creando l'htaccess per il mio sito web!
Ho scritto solamente 2 righe, ma cliccando sui link della home mi apre sempre la stessa pagina come mai?

RewriteRule ^bed-and-breakfast.html$    index.php [L]

RewriteRule ^bed-and-breakfast-(.+).html$    index.php?page=0&regione=$1  [L]

RewriteRule ^bed-and-breakfast-animali-(.+).html$    index.php?page=9&regione=$1 [L]
