instabilità adsl telecom o problema modem

Salve, il mio modem tp-link TD-W8960N V4 è connesso a una linea adsl telecom. Ho alice 7Mega. Il modem è instabile, si disconnette ripetute volte al giorno, ma se viene utilizzato come switch o router con un altra linea internet si stabilizza.
Nel momento in cui si disconnette rimangono accesi tutti i led, anche quello dei dati e dell' adsl.
Ho attivato il system log e ho questi problemi:

Ho già provato a contattare la telecom ma hanno detto che la linea è apposto.
Ho provato ad utilizzare sia PPPoa sia PPPoe con i miei PPP. Ora i VPI/VCI:sono 8/35.

Il firmware è l' ultimo disponibile: TD-W8960N_V4_120912
Sapete dirmi quale può essere il problema? Avevo provato a sostituire il modem ma dava lo stesso problema.

attenuazione perfetta e portante piena ma ci sono un po' di errori di troppo. Senti qualche fruscio se chiami? I filtri sui telefoni sono corretti? Hai più prese a casa? Se si, il router è connesso a quella principale?

I filtri sono apposto, magari posso provare a cambiarli. Provo a vedere se chiamando si sente qualche rumore, perchè è da un pò che non uso il telefono di casa! Grazie e vi farò sapere!
