Oggi, senza nessuna ragione, linux mint 17 ha smesso di funzionare. Accendo il pc e dopo qualche secondo di caricamento di linux leggo in una schermata nera con righe bianche:

se scrivo qualcosa e premo invio il pc mi fornisce la stessa scritta.
L'unica parola che fa qualcosa di diverso è reboot che riavvia il sistema.
