importare dati da DBase a Mysql

Salve, ho un software gestionale creato con un database DBase, il database funziona anche in Cloud.
Vorrei sapere se è possibile importare i dati dal DBase in Mysql. Come?

Puoi farlo tramite php che ha le funzioni per accedere ad entrambi i database, prendi i dati dal dBase, fai le eventuali modifiche e li inserisci dentro al MySQL

ho scaricato e installato dbftomysql però mi da il seguente errore

Can't connect to the MySQL server. Check to the veridy that MySQL server is launched and the correct host/port values were given.

i parametri del database sono corretti
