errrore non previsto

o fatto la mia bella paginetta asp nella quale c'è una sezione chat fatta in asp.net a dire la verità l'ho cpiata e modificata ma fino a ieri funzionava perfettamente stasera mi è apparsa questa pagina di errore che significa?

Di solito si trova nella root,
se non c'è, puoi crearlo tu.

e spiegarmi in che caretlla metterlo visto che nel mio ftp non cè e forse non cè mai stato

Te l'ha detto, nella root del sito (la cartella che contiene tutto).

forse per questo che non mi fa vedere tutti i file?
