in pratica da formato carta, a formato digitale EDITABILE.

Ocr porta le immagini scansionate in testo. Serve un sw di scansione che usi ocr.

Se comperi uno scanner quasi sicuramente nel CD delle utility che ti danno trovi un programma OCR (Optical Character Recognition). Ce ne sono anche molti altri, quasi tutti a pagamento; ne ho trovato uno free, non l'ho mai usato e quindi non ti so dire, ma puoi provare...
