Query con Mysql

dovrei eseguire questa query con my sql ma mi va in errore, qualcuno sa darmi qualche dritta

SELECT Username FROM Persons WHERE PersonID=(SELECT PersonID FROM UserPersons WHERE UserID=1)

la versione stabile non supporta le sub query.
