File already exists

Ciao sto utilizzando questo metodo per rinominare un file:

if  img<>"" then
dim Fso
Set Fso = Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject") 
Fso.moveFile Server.MapPath("catering\"&fileone1&""), Server.MapPath("catering\catering_img"&request.QueryString("idd")&".jpg") 
Set Fso = Nothing 
end if

solo che mi restituisce
"File already exists"
e non riesco a sovrascriverlo.
qualcuno sa dirmi come posso fare?
