quando apro qualche applicazioni,alcune non tutte,mi dice che l'applicazione non risponde,dopo circa 5 minuti tutto funziona alla perfezione.cche puo' essere?

Se hai qualche antivirus attivato prova a disattivarlo e vedi come vanno le cose...
Dovresti dirci inanzitutto che sistema operativo usi e quanta ram hai...eventualmente anche che antivirus hai installato (come suggerito giustamente da SteelJans).

ho windows xp 512 ram e karpesky antivirus.ripeto che non tutte le applicazioni mi creano questo problema.

Io comincierei col fare uno scandisk e defrag, le applicazioni che rallentano di che tipo sono...grafica, video, in locale?

e' un'enciclopedia multimediale e due programmi per la comunicazione via internet(tipo chat e per mandare sms).
lo scandisk l'ho gia' fatto pure la defram.

adsl e il pc sta acceso 24 ore.
forse hai fatto qualche aggiornamento e successivamente non hai riavviato il pc, visto che è acceso 24/24 h.
no .il pc ogni tanto poi lo riavvio.
