ho un problema con il russo: in una pagina salvata in utf-8 e con codifica utf-8 ho fatto questa prova:

Il testo scritto direttamente in pagina si vede correttamente, quello scritto stampando la variabile invece no.

Da cosa potrebbe dipendere?
